Jay Factor has been fighting New Jersey’s Carry Permit Laws since 2006. Jay has been a contributing author on NJ Firearms Owners Syndicate since it was founded, as well as a plaintiff in 6 different New Jersey Courts. Jay worked with Mark Cheeseman formulating the Case-by-case determinations argument that went all the way to United State Supreme Court and is an author and a co-author of two amicus briefs in the Supreme Court. Jay started the PB&J Funds with Mark, drafted the Permit to Purchase Case and turned it over to CNJFO and Gun Owners with the funds that were raised for PB&J1.
