Mark Cheeseman

Mark Cheeseman founded NJ Firearms Owners Syndicate in 2017. Mark has been fighting New Jersey’s Carry Permit Laws since 2016 and was the plaintiff in the winning 2017 Cheeseman v. Porrino Stun Gun case. Mark challenged New Jersey’s justifiable need standard in both State and federal Supreme Courts in the 2019 case of Cheeseman v. Polillo. Mark is named on the 2019 Amicus Brief filed in the Supreme Court Case of Rogers v Grewal challenging Justifiable Need. Mark is the current plaintiff in FPC’s current Cheeseman v. Platkin challenge to New Jersey’s “Assault Weapons” Ban. Mark started the PB&J Funds with Jay Factor for Factor 087269 in the New jersey Supreme Court and worked with the drafting team in the current Permit to Purchase a Handgun case with CNJFO and Gun Owners as well as the transfer of the PB&J funds into the Permit to Purchase Case.
